This recipe can be used for peach

Ingredients:                 
15g Konnyaku Jelly powder
180g fine sugar
900ml Syrup of Canned Fruit + water
¼ tsp Citric Acid
1 tsp essence
Canned Fruit chopped and fill in jelly mould

  1. Bring syrup water to about boiling point.
  2. Mix Jelly Powder and Sugar. 
  3. When liquid is almost at boiling point, lower fire and add Jelly Mixture. Whisk for about 5-8 minutes until thoroughly dissolved
  4. Add Citric Acid into thicken mixture
  5. Add Essence into thicken mixture
  6. Pour into jelly mould & chill for at least 2 hours
