This recipe can be used for peach
Ingredients:
15g Konnyaku Jelly powder
180g fine sugar
900ml Syrup of Canned Fruit + water
¼ tsp Citric Acid
1 tsp essence
Canned Fruit chopped and fill in jelly mould
- Bring syrup water to about boiling point.
- Mix Jelly Powder and Sugar.
- When liquid is almost at boiling point, lower fire and add Jelly Mixture. Whisk for about 5-8 minutes until thoroughly dissolved
- Add Citric Acid into thicken mixture
- Add Essence into thicken mixture
- Pour into jelly mould & chill for at least 2 hours
