This whip cream taste a little like light chocolate mousse.
1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream (contains 35-40% butterfat)
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoon (40 grams) granulated white sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- Place the whipping cream, Vanilla Extract and Cocoa Powder in a mixing bowl.
- Allow Cocoa Powder to dissolve / mix well into the whipping cream. (Set aside for 15 mins in the fridge if possible)
- Mix the chilled mixture until a stiff peak forms
- Add in white sugar (one tbsp at a time)
